The Library subscribe to ETV, a streaming site where live Olympic coverage is currently available via one of the channels, Sky Open.

ETV(external link) records and archives TV programmes for educational purposes. It has a wide range of TV series, documentaries, YouTube content, movies, and much more. Once on the site, click on LOGIN and just enter your NMIT email address where prompted at the welcome screen (no password required but you do need to be logged in to your NMIT network to gain access), then search for programmes of interest and view them online. Tutors may embed eTV programmes within course Moodle pages. Includes programmes from Rialto, Soho, and Maori television.

The most important parts of the Olympic games will be streamed on Sky Open. Head to 'Live Channels' to catch all the action as it happens. If there are specific events you'd like captured and added to ETV, you can use the 'Request Recording' button. Provide as much information as possible with your request.
