Pam Vinluan

Pam joins us from the Philippines, and has worked for global companies such as Emerson Electric, Schneider Electric and ANZ.

Pam has 13 years professional experience in Shared Services and BPO Operations Management, Pre and Post Sales Technical and Commercial Support, Back Office Processing and Enablement. Pam has significant exposure in managing global teams, spanning across North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and East Asia.

Her expertise is on transitioning and building “start-up” operations in the Philippines and has seen her focus on streamlining processes and systems with principles such as Lean Business methods.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the de La Salle University in Manila, Philippines and is a licensed Chemist. She also started her MBA in San Diego California, USA.

Pam loves to live an active life and explore, and that sense of adventure brought her and family to New Zealand.
